Responsibilities include high-volume outbound prospecting, building a strong sales pipeline, and guiding sellers through options to close deals. Leverage leads provided and perform in a fast-paced environment with significant earning potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven hunter-style sales experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and engage potential property sellers.
• Build, manage, and convert a consistent sales pipeline.
• Develop trust with property owners facing financial or personal challenges.
• Understand each seller’s situation and clearly explain available options.
• Analyze deal information and identify viable opportunities.
• Navigate objections, negotiations, delays, and complex transactions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up from initial contact through close.
• Track pipeline activity, KPIs, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams through transaction completion.
