Job summary
Vertiv is hiring a Field Engineer - Electrical Testing (NETA Level III/IV) to perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance tests on high-voltage equipment up to 500kV. Qualifications
- Certification at NETA Level III or IV (current & in good standing).
- 7+ years of hands-on electrical testing in medium/high voltage environments.
- Proficiency with NETA MTS/ATS standards and test equipment listed.
Responsibilities
- Perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on electrical power systems up to 500kV.
- Conduct short circuit, coordination, arc flash, and power quality analyses.
- Test and calibrate protective relays (electromechanical, solid-state, microprocessor).
- Interpret test results and author comprehensive engineering reports with findings.
