Job summary

First Western seeks a skilled Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Arizona team, helping high-net-worth clients reach financial goals. You will collaborate with the Arizona Mortgage group to deliver tailored mortgage solutions and exceptional service.

You will develop a referral network, manage mortgage files through processing and closing, and stay compliant with TILA, RESPA, MDIA regulations while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage each loan transaction from application to closing and communicate updates to Realtors and referral partners.
• Develop and maintain a referral network through prospecting and community outreach.
• Spend significant time outside the office soliciting new mortgage loan business.
• Explain loan programs, analyze income and credit to assess appropriate options.
