Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Fitness Coach to ensure a positive customer experience and deliver top-notch member service through Private Training. This role focuses on driving revenue from Personal Training and supplements while maintaining a strong weekend presence.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group sessions, maintaining accurate client programs, and supporting revenue-generating activities within the club. A passion for helping members change lives is essential.

Qualifications

• Private Training techniques knowledge from assessment to program design.
• Ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of UFC Gym policies, practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities (complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, workshops).
• Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives in sessions, Personal Training, and supplement sales.
