Job summary

Soho House in Los Angeles is seeking a proactive Member Engagement Manager (Accounts Manager) to build long‑term relationships with our most engaged members, driving loyalty and revenue. Based in the LA Support Office, you will design a personalised engagement programme that enhances member lifetime value and satisfaction, working closely with the Membership Relations team and global groups.

Qualifications

• High‑touch relationship or account management focusing on high‑value clientele (2+ years).
• Experience driving loyalty, retention, engagement and revenue across the customer lifecycle.
• Marketing/strategic outreach experience.
• Reporting and customer trend tracking.
• Experience in a global/multi‑property environment with a wide client base.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch and evolve a bespoke concierge‑style programme for high‑spending/high‑profile members.
• Own a commercial strategy to increase engagement, retention, usage frequency and spend.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to showcase events, benefits and exclusive offers to members.
• Define, track and deliver KPIs such as engagement, retention, spend and satisfaction.
• Review and refine internal processes to improve service efficiency and consistency.
• Provide regular reports on member feedback and key metrics with actionable insights.
