Job summary

Soho House in Los Angeles is seeking a passionate Member Engagement Manager (Accounts Manager) to build a bespoke concierge-style programme for our most engaged, high-spending members. Based in the Los Angeles Support Office, you will shape strategy, drive engagement, and unlock revenue opportunities through tailored communications and personalised experiences that reinforce loyalty and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• High-value client relationship or account management experience (2+ years).
• Experience driving loyalty, retention, engagement, and revenue.
• Marketing or strategic outreach experience.
• Experience in reporting and tracking customer trends.
• Experience working in a global or multi-property environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and evolve a proactive concierge-style programme for high-spending/high-profile members.
• Own and drive a commercial strategy to increase engagement, retention, and spend.
• Coordinate with House, Membership, Events, Programming, and Data teams to showcase events, benefits, and exclusive offers.
• Define, track, and deliver KPIs on engagement, retention, spend, and satisfaction using data-driven insights.
• Provide regular reports on member feedback and metrics, and implement action plans.
• Act as primary liaison for high-profile members, ensuring exceptional service and brand representation.
