Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver quality professional services with a focus on guest total look and collaborate with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to drive performance, guest service, and compliant operations.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and strong communication of product knowledge. A cosmetology license is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in hair design, cutting, coloring and styling.
• Strong ability to consult with guests and recommend services and products.
• Adept at building guest relationships and driving service sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed service sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Support store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, products, and services.
