The ideal candidate will have experience advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in M&A practice.
• Experience advising PE sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions.
• Experience across the transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents and managing deal execution.
