Job summary

The Mansion at MGM Grand in Las Vegas seeks a Special Events & Services Manager to lead planning and execution of a diverse range of events, from casino marketing to corporate functions. You will manage on-site execution, coordinate with vendors, and support Villa Services and Butler teams during slower periods.

The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong customer service, with bilingual skills highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Two years of prior relevant events experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury resort preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; bilingual highly preferred.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager through all stages of event planning: planning, execution, reconciliation.
• Organize meetings and schedules for invitations, décor, AV needs, convention setup, staffing, safety and gaming compliance, setup, and strike.
• Provide on-site management of events, ensuring timing and execution meet MGM Resorts standards.
• Liaise with management, staff, vendors, guests, departments, and divisions on relevant matters.
• Provide financial oversight and daily budget management for assigned events.
• Identify creative solutions and project management needs and support initiatives for new clients.
