Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Mansion Attendant at The Mansion at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The role focuses on delivering ultra-luxury, personalized service and creating WOW memories for guests.

You will maintain cleanliness across public and residential spaces, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every stay is exceptional. Join a team dedicated to world-class hospitality in a premier resort setting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public and residential areas and assigned equipment.
• Clean restrooms, hall rails, stairwells, and other assigned areas.
• Vacuum halls, lobbies, and edges; mop marble and tile floors.
• Clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures, and related fixtures.
• Empty trash and linen from Villas and assign areas; transport to disposal or cleaning areas.
• Deliver supplies and restock assigned lockers and pantries.
• Deliver guest-requested items to guest rooms (refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, cribs).
• Follow quarterly mattress flipping procedures and rotation standards.
• Visually inspect the pool and surrounding areas.
