Qualifications

• Sales experience with luxury/retail/automotive preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, comfortable working on commission.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Comfort with technology, CRM tools, and digital retailing.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from first contact through delivery and beyond with a consultative, no-pressure approach.
• Respond to every lead—phone, internet, and walk-in—promptly with disciplined follow-up.
• Master product knowledge of models, trims, features, and competitors as lineup evolves.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations and test drives aligned to client needs and lifestyle.
• Build and manage a personal book of business through CRM discipline and referrals.
• Structure clean, compliant deals with management and F&I to protect customer and store.
• Deliver a white-glove delivery experience and ensure post-delivery satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records on all prospects and interactions.
