You will own the client journey from first contact through delivery, respond quickly to every lead, master product knowledge, conduct tailored demonstrations, and build a strong book of business through CRM and referrals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred—luxury, retail, or automotive.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with commission mindset.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Comfort with technology, CRM tools, and digital retailing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from first contact through delivery and beyond.
• Respond to every lead—phone, internet, and walk-in within minutes.
• Master the product across models and competitors.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations and test drives.
• Build a personal book of business via CRM and referrals.
• Structure clean, compliant deals with sales management and F&I.
