Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships seeks a polished Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional buying experience that matches the caliber of the brands we represent.

You will own the client journey from first contact through delivery, respond to leads quickly, and demonstrate deep product knowledge across the lineup while building a loyal client base through CRM discipline and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, retail, or automotive sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to build a personal book of business via CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from first contact to delivery.
• Respond to leads promptly via phone, internet, and walk-ins.
• Master product knowledge across the lineup and trims.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations and test drives.
• Build a personal book of business through CRM and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales management and F&I on deals.
• Deliver a white-glove delivery and confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records on all interactions.
