You will master product knowledge, conduct tailored demonstrations, and manage a personal book of business via CRM tools while maintaining the Grubbs standard of customer care and integrity.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire client experience from first contact through delivery and beyond with a consultative, no-pressure approach.
• Respond to every lead—phone, internet, and walk-in—within minutes with disciplined follow-up.
• Master the product: know model lines, trims, features, and competitor comparisons as lineup evolves.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations and test drives that match each client’s needs and lifestyle.
• Build and manage a personal book of business through CRM discipline and referrals.
