Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Journeyman Lineman in Kingdom City, MO to construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground power lines. You will ensure reliable service for residential, commercial, and industrial customers while prioritizing safety and OSHA/NESC regulations.

The role requires a CDL Class A, DOT medical card, a completed lineman apprenticeship, and a Journeyman certification. Expect outdoor work, climbing, and occasional storm response with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a certified electrical lineman apprenticeship program.
• Journeyman Lineman certification recognized by IBEW or applicable authority.
• CDL Class A with clean record required.
• DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground power lines and equipment.
• Respond to outages and emergencies; locate faults and restore power quickly and safely.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and related heavy equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA/NESC/NEC and LOTO procedures.
• Train and mentor apprentices and groundmen.
