Job summary

Lodging Dynamics seeks a Cook to organize, prepare, and cook all food items in assigned stations for banquets and restaurant meals. You will set up stations, follow recipes, and ensure quality and presentation.

You will rotate perishable items, check temperatures, and maintain sanitation standards while coordinating with the Executive/Sous Chef to forecast volumes and maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in food preparation and service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety measures.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards and checklists.
• Set up stations for banquets and restaurant service.
• Rotate perishables, maintain proper temperatures and stock during service.
• Check pars, anticipate shortages, and assist in buffet replenishment.
• Ensure food appearance, temperature and portion control during service.
