Job summary

Coastal Georgia Apartment Association in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for one of our apartment communities. The role focuses on leasing production under the supervision of the Property Manager, working in a high-energy, upscale environment that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred (retail, leasing, hospitality).
• Polished, engaging and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Achieve leasing targets and communicate opportunities/threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond promptly to all online rental inquiries.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability.
• Maintain sales/leasing models at high standards and report issues.
• Close the leasing process by asking for the sale and ensure accurate lead data in Resman and Knock.
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone or letter.
• Manage waitlists and communicate changes to prospects.
• Warm-call prospects as needed and ensure proper screening procedures.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork.
• Collect move-in related fees and ensure signs are set as required.
• Support customer service efforts at the community.
