Job summary

MD Nursery & Landscaping Inc seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of high-end residential clients. You will oversee maintenance services, coordinate with crews and internal teams, and present proposals for enhancements and seasonal projects.

The role focuses on strong client relationships, operational oversight, and maintaining the high standards MD Landscaping is known for across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused professional with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating service teams and managing client accounts.
• Ability to present proposals and manage maintenance programs and installs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-end residential clients.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and MD Landscaping.
• Oversee completion of contracted maintenance services to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare annual maintenance proposals and bids, including color and holiday lighting.
• Consult with clients and design/estimate solutions for maintenance and installations.
• Coordinate with internal divisions and subcontractors for streamlined service.
