The role offers a hybrid schedule across multiple major markets, collaborative mentorship from leading trial lawyers, and exposure to high-stakes matters involving innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction in good standing.
• Strong background in intellectual property disputes, particularly patent litigation.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions and manage motion practice.
• Skilled in written discovery, fact development, and expert discovery.
• Demonstrated proficiency drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
• Conduct all phases of written discovery, fact development, and case strategy.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
• Manage expert discovery and collaborate with technical and industry experts.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and strategic litigation planning.
• Support clients in Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings and other Patent Trial and Appeal Board matters when applicable.
• Assist with ITC investigations and related proceedings as opportunities arise.
• Work closely with clients in technology-driven industries on complex and cutting-edge legal disputes.
