Farmers Insurance in Chicago, IL is seeking an Insurance Sales Leader & Manager to drive the full sales cycle from first contact to policy closing. You will engage customers, assess needs, explain Property & Casualty and Life & Health options, and guide clients through underwriting.

This commission-only role offers significant earning potential based on performance. A valid P&C or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain) and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• A valid Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Health Insurance license, or willingness to obtain the required license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 or older.
• Access to a mobile device.
• Reliable transportation to attend to business needs.
• A strong aptitude for learning and retaining detailed product information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
