Qualifications

• Must be competitive, confident, and driven to close deals.
• Willingness to obtain/hold Property & Casualty license.
• Strong communication and closing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Master our proven sales process and close deals daily.
• Handle live transfers and internal referrals; no cold calling.
• Present tailored insurance solutions meeting client needs.
• Continuously improve through training and team collaboration.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas in a high-energy environment.
