You will manage a growing book of business, collaborate with underwriters, and provide clear guidance to clients while working from our Chambersburg office.

Valid PA license required; 3+ years in insurance sales; strong knowledge of local markets and carrier products; opportunity for career growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
• Strong command of local regional insurance markets and carrier products.
• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to design comprehensive coverage strategies for families and businesses in the Chambersburg area.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and properly protected.
