Capital Vacations seeks an Elite In-House Sales Representative for Calypso Cay in Kissimmee, FL. You will work with existing owners to tailor ownership solutions, close deals, and deliver top-tier service in a high-performance, commission-driven setting.

Requirements include an active Florida Real Estate License and prior timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience. Expect weekly commissions, monthly bonuses, and travel opportunities within a dynamic Florida market.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License — Required.
• Previous Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales experience
• In-House Sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability and willingness to travel for select sales events when applicable
