Job summary

Svetness is seeking dedicated in-home Personal Trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will tailor programs after initial assessments, utilize the Svetness App for progress and notes, and help clients achieve their goals with expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accreditation from NCCA/DEAC/NBFE.
• CPR/AED certification up to date.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic nutrition knowledge for healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions when needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Ability to commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
