Job summary

Svetness seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor settings. You will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, client outcomes, and professional growth.

Trainers serve a diverse client base with support from Svetness through a concierge and app-based progress tracking. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accreditation required by a recognized body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• Up-to-date CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or couples fitness instruction at clients' homes or outdoor settings.
• Design and implement customized workout programs from initial assessment.
• Utilize Svetness App for programming, sessions, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with/without modifications.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and schedule client sessions using Svetness tools.
• Travel to client locations within a 45-minute radius.
