Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor settings. You will guide individuals and couples toward their goals, using the Svetness app to plan sessions and track progress.

The role offers a flexible schedule, no mandatory marketing, and bonuses for retention and referrals. Trainers will travel to client locations and leverage the Svetness app and equipment discounts to enhance programs.

Formación

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) required.
• CPR/AED certification required to ensure client safety.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic nutrition understanding for healthy living guidance.
• Experience with a variety of fitness equipment and methods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one and couples instruction in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure safe form with or without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and manage client appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate clients' availability.
• Travel to client sessions within a 45-minute radius.
