Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver tailored fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will guide clients toward their goals with personalized instruction and ongoing support.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no non-compete, competitive hourly rates, bonuses, equipment discounts, and access to a dedicated app for progress tracking and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by an official body.
• CPR/AED certification to ensure client safety.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Experience with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples training at clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor spaces.
• Customize client workouts based on Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for session programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and correct form for clients.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointments using Svetness scheduling tools.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client bookings.
• Ability to commute to client sessions within 45 minutes.
