Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You’ll manage program design, session notes, and progress using the Svetness App, while enjoying a flexible schedule and support from our team.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required and up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Basic nutrition knowledge.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment may be required on occasion.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personal training at clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoors.
• Create and customize workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate clients.
• Commit to commuting to sessions up to 45 minutes.
