Renewal by Andersen in Tampa, FL is seeking ambitious sales consultants to visit customers in their homes, identify the best replacement solutions for windows and doors, and close deals using our proven sales methodology. You will have industry-leading samples, support, and technology to aid your presentations, with pre-set, quality leads and paid training.

No cold calling and a clear path to leadership exist as part of our culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2 yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience.
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus.
• Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
• A proven track record of closing sales.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• A healthy sense of competition—tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs (windows, patio doors, entry doors).
• Use tools, training, and our sales methodology to build rapport and close the sale.
• Leverage product samples, support, and technology to aid closing.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish of the project.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and active listening to meet customer needs.
