Job summary
Interim HealthCare of Santa Rosa is seeking experienced Care Professionals to deliver one-on-one in-home care for older adults, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. You will work in clients' homes, building trusted relationships and delivering personalized support.
Earn $18.21-$30.00 per hour, with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Valid HCA Registration and a clean background are preferred; a driver’s license is a plus, and
Qualifications
- Prior caregiving experience preferred, but training available.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current TB test and ability to pass background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and ADLs.
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Offer medication reminders and wellness support.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
- Provide transportation to appointments and run errands.
- Monitor changes and communicate with the care team.
- Respect client routines, privacy, and independence.
