Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma County and Marin County is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to provide in-home support to older adults in our community. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, meals, and light housework, and help clients stay independent at home.

We value respectful, professional caregivers who communicate well, work independently, and build trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification welcomed but not required.
• Experience with dementia care, hospice care, or senior support is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with activities of daily living based on individual needs.
• Support clients with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Assist with mobility, safety, and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Observe and communicate changes in condition to the care team.
