Job summary

Honor is hiring In Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in Orange County. Join our team for part-time and full-time opportunities with morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Earn $18.50–$19.25 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes. California HCA registration assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care
• Help with mobility and daily routines based on each client’s care needs
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide reliable, consistent support in the client’s home
