Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma County and Marin County is seeking dedicated Care Professionals who provide companionship and support for older adults in their homes. Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification welcomed but not required.
• Experience with dementia/hospice or senior support a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with activities of daily living based on individual needs
• Support clients with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Assist with mobility, safety, and fall prevention
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe and communicate changes in condition to the care team
