Interim HealthCare of Sonoma County and Marin County is seeking dedicated Care Professionals who provide companionship and support for older adults in their homes. The role emphasizes preserving dignity, independence, and meaningful human connection, with a focus on consistency and trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification welcomed but not required.
• Experience with dementia/hospice or senior support a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with activities of daily living based on individual needs
• Support clients with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Assist with mobility, safety, and fall prevention
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe and communicate changes in condition to the care team
