Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of experience as a Household Manager or Executive Personal Assistant for a private family or high-net-worth individual.
• Experience managing complex private households and logistics.
• Proven ability to anticipate needs and work with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the family calendar and coordinate schedules, appointments, and commitments.
• Own family travel logistics from planning and booking through itineraries, transportation, changes, and troubleshooting.
• Provide personal-assistant support by handling routine administrative tasks.
• Manage purchasing, gifts, deliveries, and other personal requests.
• Keep the family informed of upcoming priorities and decisions needing attention.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and protect the family’s time and routine.
• Coordinate logistics for private entertaining, including guest communication, catering, vendors, transportation, supplies, and setup.
• Serve as a trusted resource for guests and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
• Support the family in creating a warm, relaxed environment for guests and gatherings.
• Manage relationships with household service providers and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance and ongoing needs across multiple residences.
• Maintain systems for vehicles and other personal assets and logistics.
• Coordinate occasional home projects and renovations to align with family priorities.
