Job summary

Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s cleanliness standards. You will report to the Supervisor, use approved chemicals, and handle guest requests with care and efficiency.

The role requires flexibility for extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and emphasizes safety, security of keys, and teamwork with hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move continuously for an 8–10 hour shift on a hard surface.
• Must be able to move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Must be able to ascend up to 6 feet in height on a step ladder.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in proper uniform with nametag.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations.
• Ensure security of assigned keys and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Clean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools and equipment.
• Move and transport linens, supplies and trash as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets and storage areas.
• Inspect furniture and report damages to Supervisor.
• Assist guests with luggage and respond to requests promptly.
