Job summary

Acrisure is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for High-Net Worth in Worcester, MA. You will conduct annual reviews, adjust coverage as lifestyle changes, negotiate with carriers, and provide overall risk-management stewardship for clients.

Must have 3-5 years of insurance experience with HNW clients, a Property & Casualty license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and APPLIED EPIC. On-site collaboration and client service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of insurance experience with High Net Worth clients
• Property & Casualty license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience with APPLIED EPIC agency management software

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business and build outstanding client relationships
• Review exposures and current insurance program for assigned clients
• Determine best carrier fit for coverage and cost effectiveness
• Collaborate with producers on plans of action and coverages for new accounts
• Provide daily service and respond to client questions in a timely, consultative manner
• Keep clients informed of changes in the insurance market that may affect coverage
