Job summary

STNDRD Online Coaching is seeking a high-earning closer to turn qualified inbound appointments into STNDRD Coaching clients. You will call and text leads, confirm appointments, and drive enrollment into a 12-month, $15k+ program on the first call.

You will own follow-ups, maintain CRM hygiene, and hit monthly targets including 60+ showed appointments, 30%+ close rate, and $300k–$500k in new program revenue when ramped. Remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Proven high-ticket closer with data to back it up.
• Fast on follow-up and comfortable with volume.
• Strong integrity and ability to enroll only suitable clients.
• CRM hygiene and pipeline management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Call and text qualified leads to confirm appointments and ensure show-ups.
• Run our diagnostic STNDRD script start to finish on Zoom.
• Enroll founders/executives into a 12-month, $15k+ program on first call.
• Own follow-up: manage no-shows and warm leads until a clear decision.
• Build relationships for renewals, referrals, and upsell into higher tiers.
