The role is full-time and student-facing, requiring in-person work at Alpha campuses, including Greenwich, CT. You will leverage Coachbot analytics, lead life-skills workshops, and drive ongoing student growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles where you measurably raised others' performance.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Willing to work in-person at multiple campuses including Greenwich, CT.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable for follow-through.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your elite experience, then assessing mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data, not instinct.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and documented motivation plans.
