Responsibilities

• The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to meeting the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and comply with state board guidelines.
• Maintain excellent guest service and build lasting relationships with clients.
