Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH invites a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our Operations Team. You’ll support winter and summer upkeep, operate equipment, and help keep campsites, roads, and walkways safe and attractive.

Requirements include familiarity with heavy machinery and hand tools. CDL-B is preferred; a high school diploma is required. This full-time role offers solid benefits and seasonal scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction basics.
• Valid CDL-B license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for lawn and grounds maintenance across base area and campground.
• Perform repairs and renovations to grounds, roads, and structures as needed.
• Coordinate snow removal, mowing, landscaping, and waste management with the team.
• Assist with guest parking coordination and traffic flow during operations.
