Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Arlington, Texas, seeks a Golf Professional to teach, advise, and grow a loyal student base through high‑quality lessons and personalized coaching for golfers at all levels.

You will collaborate with certified fitters, assist with fittings and club technology, and participate in community outreach to promote Dick’s House of Sport. A passion for golf, strong communication, and a PGA/LPGA member status are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in golf instruction or related field.
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing; Apprentice program steps.
• Trackman Level 1 & 2

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student.
• Partner with local organizations to teach, support, and promote the Dick's House of Sport experience.
• Collaborate with Certified Fitters to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience for golfers.
