Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Golf Professional to build a robust student base through safe, high-quality instruction and trusted advisory guidance. You will work to identify goals, tailor lessons, and foster lasting relationships with golfers of all ages.

In this role, you partner with local organizations for outreach and collaborate with certified fitters to enhance customer experiences during fittings and lessons, driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing.
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training.
• PGA/LPGA Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1,2,3 or interested in becoming a PGA/LPGA Member through our PGA/LPGA Associate Program.
• Trackman Level 1 & 2.

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student.
• Partner with local organizations to teach, support, and spread awareness of the Golf Galaxy experience.
• Collaborate with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience with each student.
