Formación

• 2 to 7 years of experience in fund formation, investment management, private funds, or asset management at a top AmLaw 200 firm or elite boutique.
• Direct experience on fund formation transactions, sponsor-level entity work, secondary transactions, or ongoing fund/investment adviser counseling.
• JD from a top law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in Florida, New York, or D.C. (depending on office), or eligible to waive in.
