Job description

I'm currently recruiting for Cravath-scale AmLaw 100 firms seeking Investment Management and Funds Associates with 2 to 7 years of experience for their Miami, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. These are core seats on growing funds and investment management teams, with work spanning fund formation, private funds, registered funds, and broader asset management matters. Teams represent sponsors and investors across private equity funds, venture funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, and other alternative investment vehicles, with some platforms also offering exposure to retail products like BDCs and closed-end funds.

Key Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of experience in fund formation, investment management, private funds, registered funds, or asset management at an AmLaw 200 firm or elite boutique
• Direct experience on fund formation transactions, sponsor-level entity work, secondary transactions, or ongoing fund/investment adviser counseling
• JD from a top law school with strong academic credentials
• Admitted in Florida, New York, or D.C. (depending on office), or eligible to waive in
