You will coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house, communicate with chefs and servers, and help maintain high-quality takeout orders while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant expeditor, food runner, or hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every dish meets standards for quality, presentation, and accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
• Coordinate the flow of food between kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experience.
• Communicate with chefs, servers, and food runners for timely delivery of orders.
• Verify special requests and modifications to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Support the presentation and finishing touches of dishes before service.
• Manage takeout order quality and accuracy.
