Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in an executive chef role, strong menu development skills, and expertise in food cost and budgeting.

Qualifications

5+ years in executive chef or similar leadership role.
Strong menu development and seasonal planning experience.
Proven ability to lead and coach culinary teams in fast-paced hospitality.
Understanding of food cost, labor, budgeting, vendor relationships, and P&L.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining top food quality, presentation, and safety.
Partner with Corporate Executive Chef to develop seasonal brand-aligned menus.
Coach and develop sous chefs and kitchen staff through hands-on leadership.
Collaborate with events and wine teams for private dining and special experiences.
Oversee kitchen and Cheesebox operations including staffing and inventory.
Manage food, labor, and operating costs while ensuring efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and uphold a growth-focused culture.
