Job summary

Porsche Stevens Creek Los Gatos Service Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Pay starts at $40 per hour with expected earnings of $80k–$200k per year based on productivity and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years dealership experience with knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to factory and dealership specifications.
• Work within time standards to ensure timely service and productivity.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Uphold safety, quality, and compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Deliver world-class service experience to customers throughout ownership journey.
