Job summary

Porsche Stevens Creek Los Gatos Service Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Pay for this position is production-based, starting at $40 per hour. The expected annual earnings range from about $80k to $200k, depending on productivity and qualifications, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years related experience.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe shop practices and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about vehicle status and estimates.
• Follow manufacturer standards and dealership processes for quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
