Job summary

Porsche Stevens Creek, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Pay is based on production, starting at $40 per hour from the outset and with earnings potential in the $80k–$200k range yearly based on productivity and qualifications.

• Safety: Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect shop operations, such as handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.
