Job summary

UFC GYM Huntington Beach seeks a Fitness Coach to ensure a positive member experience while driving Private Training and supplement revenue. You will manage client programs, schedule sessions, and provide high-energy coaching on weekends as required.

Responsibilities include running private and small-group trainings, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a professional, welcoming gym environment aligned with the Train Different philosophy.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Know company policies, safety procedures, and emergency guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Proficient with basic record-keeping and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution on key metrics and revenue goals for Private Training and supplements.
• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage participation in private training.
• Accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, tracking).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for appointments.
• Support revenue-generating activities (workshops, booths, body fat tables).
• Meet personal monthly revenue objectives across sessions and products.
• Coordinate sessions with clients, including scheduling and rescheduling.
• Maintain scheduling records and systematize changes.
• Self-direct appointment setting with follow-ups and rescheduling.
• Maintain clean, organized fitness space and floor presentation.
• Respond professionally to member and guest inquiries.
